The SOL approach is to provide a proven team of experienced senior leaders who individually have vast experience in a range of education contexts including:

Uniquely, all members of the SOL team have also worked with each other as senior managers in the same schools. This means we can set about a task quickly and effectively as we know our respective strengths and work to complement one another.

In some cases, a client may not need a full team on the ground throughout a contract. However, if an individual team member is delivering a contract he or she will still be working in close partnership with the rest of the team in terms of planning, monitoring and evaluation. In this way, the client still benefits from the collective experience of the wider team.
